Demonstrated an ability to provide worksite safety/hazard analysis, accident investigation, cause determination and expert witness services for plaintiff and defendant cases involving both construction and general industry.  Deposition and trial experience.  Familiar with construction practices, techniques and equipment as well as the general industry environment.  Served on the faculty of the National Business Institute Seminar on OSHA considerations for attorneys and conducted other seminars and training regarding OSHA regulations and procedures. 

Developed construction safety courses on Fall Protection, Electrical Hazards and Scaffolding for application at all United States Department of Energy construction sites.  Reviewer of National DOE Rigging Manual.  Taught Permit Required Confined Space Entry at Wisconsin’s Annual Safety Congress and wrote an article on confined space entry in Wisconsin Safety and Health.  Assisted employers in OSHA compliance through comprehensive onsite workplace surveys.
